The legal predecessor of QUAESTOR Financial Consulting Pte. Ltd. was privately established on 13 January 1990, at a time of sweeping political and economic changes in Hungary, so that the company could take part in the formation of a capital market in Hungary and could become one of its players from early on. Initially it earned fame as a financial consulting firm, later on its quickly diversified services attracted attention. QUAESTOR Financial Consulting Pte. Ltd. has set up several affiliates that bear the QUAESTOR name, which means concentrated efforts have been taken to strengthen the QUAESTOR brand.In 1993 the Group launched securities trading and investment fund management, in 1995 travel services, in 1996 real estate development, and in 2002 telecommunications services.
