The REGION Depository Company is a member of the REGION Group of Companies and is one of the largest non-bank depositories in Russia. DC REGION is one of the TOP 10 specialized depositories in terms of the value of controlled property and the TOP 5 specialized part-time depositories in terms of total equity and insurance coverage (according to PARTAD data as of June 30, 2024). One of the company's priority areas of activity is the provision of specialized depository services for maintaining mortgage coverage registers. Since 2003, DC REGION has been the custodian of mortgage coverage in a number of mortgage refinancing programs, including from IFC, EBRD and OPIC. DC REGION provides clients with a full range of services, including the activities of both traditional and specialized depositories, as well as a number of custodial services. DC REGION became the first company on the market to provide the service of a representative of bondholders (RoB) at the end of 2014. The company has all the necessary infrastructure, in particular, a certified repository for storing documents and securities. DC REGION has been awarded an AAA reliability rating (the highest degree of reliability) by the Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents and Depositories (PARTAD). In addition, the company has a PARTAD certificate of compliance with the Standards of the association's Depository Activities.
