The Field Services segment operates and manages water sourcing, water transfer and water disposal services, primarily in the Appalachian Basin. Rex Energy was founded by Thomas C. Stabley and Benjamin W. Hurlburt on March 8, 2007 and is headquartered in State College, PA.
