SAHA's Pension Fund Ratings

SAHA started its operations in December 2006. The company aquired Corporate Governance Rating licence from the Turkish Capital Markets Board (CMB) on 14th December 2006, thus becoming the first local corporate governance rating institution. SAHA's methodology based on the CMB principles issued in 2003 and revised in 2005 is fully in-house developed. Consequently SAHA aquired its Credit Rating licence in September 2007 from CMB.

SAHA aims to provide reliable quality service at world standards primarily in Turkey and the adjoining geographical region. Their corporate governance and credit rating activities started with this goal, gathering a team of experts endowed with the required qualities of responsibility, ethical values and dedicated to self development.

In parallel with the progress recorded in the past years, Turkey climbed up the ladder of international competitiveness increasing its rank to 59th up from 75th. This is a direct result of the companies, business environment's and regulatory authorities resolute efforts to catch up with world standards. SAHA's state of the art rating services aims to contribute to these efforts.

In a period of increasing foreign direct investments, mergers and aquisitions and increasing investments abroad SAHA's mission is to measure the credibility and governance standards of companies and institutions and provide an in-depth visibility. SAHA's firm foundations are based on locally developed yet internationally aknowledged methodologies, their locally experienced partners and specialized teams.
