Mazaev Vladimir Aleksandrovich - President of the Association "Ryazan Banking House" since March 2001. In 1990-1999 Mazaev was Chairman of the Management Board, President, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prio-Vneshtorgbank (regional branch of Vneshtorgbank in Ryazan). In 1999-2001 Mazaev was Acting General Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ryazan Machine Tool Plant; member of the Academy of Business Leaders and Administration (USA).
