Fyodor Ivanovich Klyuk is a Russian industrialist and entrepreneur who has made a significant contribution to the development of the metallurgical and agricultural sectors of the country, an honorary citizen of Stary Oskol, an honorary citizen of the Belgorod Region, a full member of the Academy of Mining Sciences. Klyuka was born on June 18, 1942 in the village of Ploshchevo, Pinsky district, Brest region. In 1963 he graduated from Sokolovo-Sarbai Industrial College, in 1981 - Rudnensky Industrial Institute, specialty "Technology and complex mechanization of open-pit mining". From 1960 to 1980 he worked at Sokolovo-Sarbaysky GOK as an electrician, foreman, head of the production department. In 1980-1984, he worked at the Lebedinsky GOK as deputy head of the mining department, deputy chief engineer for production. In 1984, he was sent to the Stoilensky Mining and Processing Plant for the position of chief engineer. In June 1988, he was elected Director of the company, in 1992 - General Director, in 1996 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Stoilensky GOK, in 2001 - General Director of JSC Stoilensky GOK. In December 2000, one of the first entrepreneurs of the Belgorod region responded to the call to take up the rise of the village. The agro-industrial corporation "Stoilenskaya Niva" was founded. The corporation united several dozen unprofitable farms, pig farms, processing enterprises, and as a result showed significant financial results. In 2003, he founded the agro-industrial holding company PROMAGRO, which united enterprises capable of complementing and supporting each other.
