Alexander Ivanovich Zelentsov (11.09.1951, Orenburg) is a Russian entrepreneur, public figure. Zelentsov received his higher education at the S.P. Korolev Kuibyshev Aviation Institute, from which he graduated in 1974. After serving in the army, until 1987, he was engaged in engineering, having worked his way up from an ordinary engineer to the director of the production association "Orenburgtransgaz". In subsequent years, Zelentsov was in a senior administrative position in the city and the region (city and regional executive committees, city and regional administrations). Now Zelentsov is the first deputy head of Orenburg region, the beneficiary of PJSC "Niko-Bank".
