Management Company ESTAR, Ltd (Electric Steel of Russia) was established in July, 2005. Two fixed assets at the time of establishment were - Novosibirstk Metallurgical Works named after Kuzmin and Electrometallurgical Works in the Rostov region under construction. Today, the Group of Companies ESTAR comprises Novosibirstk Metallurgical Works named after Kuzmin, Zlatoust Metallurgical Works, Nytva Metallurgical Works, Volgograd Small Diameter Pipe Works (Volgograd), Engels Pipe Works (Engels, the Saratov Region), Metallurgical Works «Steel Profile» (Novosibirsk), Trading House ESTAR, Scrap Production Plant «Lomprom», CJSC. Above that the company is building Electrometallurgical Works in the Rostov Region, the launch of which is scheduled for the end of 2007.
