In 1994, on the basis of a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture was created. Mission of the Company: Financing rural entrepreneurship in priority sectors of the agro-industrial complex. Areas of activity: 1. Microcrediting of subjects of the agro-industrial complex and non-agricultural types of business; 2. Provision of guarantees for loans; 3. Operator services for compulsory insurance in crop production; 4. Agent services for the program "With a diploma in the village".
In December 2021 there was a merger with Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC (ACC) with the transfer of all assets and liabilities.
