Roskosmosbank (former FundServiceBank), public joint-stock company, was established in July 1994 (General License No. 2989 of the Bank of Russia). Now the Bank is one of the Russian top-100 financial institutions. Along with STK Soyuz holding company, the shareholders of the Bank are leading aerospace companies and individuals. The Bank’s core business constituency includes aerospace producers, as well as other high-tech companies. With this strategic orientation, Roskosmosbank also provides financial services to companies in all sectors of economy. The Bank is a high-profile institution in international trade finance and in servicing foreign trade operations. A special concern of Roskosmosbank is financial support to technological modernisation of domestic industry. Close cooperation with the export credit agencies in the foreign countries serves well for supporting trade finance operations of the Bank. The Bank’s financial statements according to International Standards of Financial Reporting have been regularly audited by PriceWaterhouseCoopers since 2004. Roskosmosbank’s branch network includes five branches in European part of Russia and one in Kazakhstan – at Baikonur space centre.
