The company operates through six business segments. The Equipment and Tools segment is engaged in the sale of equipment and tools for the manufacturing industry and equipment for residential use. The Machinery and Equipment segment is engaged in the sale of machine tools and production line equipment. The Construction and Plumbing Materials segment is engaged in the sale of rivets and screws, hardware, welding materials, and plumbing equipment, as well as manufacture and sale of braces and other products. The Industrial Machinery segment is engaged in the sale of industrial machinery (machine tools, forging machines) to customers in Japan and overseas. The Construction Machinery segment sells and rents construction machinery (cranes). The Other Business is engaged in the supply of insurance agency services.
