Absolutely Critical Resources

Absolutely Critical Resources Corp., formerly AFR NuVenture Resources Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral resources. The Company's projects include the Mary Ann’s Lake Copper/Silver Project in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia and the Massey Nickel/Copper Project in Timmins, Ontario, Canada. The Mary Ann's Lake Copper/Silver Project comprises approximately 20 claims, each claim being 16 hectares (ha) for a total area of 320 ha (790 acres). The property lies 1500 meters southeast of the Stirling mine. The deposit consisted of numerous poly-metallic massive sulfide lenses. The Massey Nickel/Copper project comprises approximately 2000 ha. The project is situated in the Kamiskotia Complex, host to a number of VMS deposits and nickel sulfide zones. The Company has an option agreement to earn 100% interest in the Massey Nickel/Copper project.
