It generates various deposits, including term deposits, flexible deposits, savings plans, savings accounts, child deposits, and My Piggy Bank deposits. In addition, it offers remote banking, travelers cheques, money transfer, salary overdraft, documentary operation, utility payment, foreign exchange transaction, foreign exchange risk management, and cash management services, as well as debit cards. As of December 31, 2009, the company had a network of 59 branches in 16 towns and cities. It was formerly known as The Microfinance Bank of Georgia, JSC and changed its name to JSC ProCredit Bank in 2003. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia. JSC ProCredit Bank operates as a subsidiary of ProCredit Holding AG.
