KHC Finance LLC was established in 2021. The company is a 100% subsidiary of the Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint Stock Company, the sole shareholder of which is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Holding is aimed to contribute to the sustainable development of the economy by supporting its key segments and strategically important enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, as well as to increase the affordability of housing for the population and the development of innovations and exports. KHC Finance LLC was established for issuing bonds with the subsequent issuance of funds raised as a result of the placement of bonds in the form of loans. In June 2021, the company for the first time registered bonds of the 001P series for 10 billion rubles.
