Arandu Investimentos SA, formerly REAG Investimentos SA, is a Brazil-based public holding company which engages in the investment management business sector. The Company, through its subsidiaries, operates in three reporting segments: Non-operating Holding Company; Getninjas Ltda Operation; and Consolidated Investment Funds. The Non-operational Holding Company segment comprises financial revenues and expenses arising from the profitability of financial investments, including investment fund units and consolidated receivables portfolios. The Getninjas Ltda Operation segment focuses on the operation of the digital platform that connects users to service providers. The Consolidated Investment Funds segment comprises private equity investment funds, real estate investment funds, credit rights investment funds and receivables portfolios held by the funds.
