Cryogenmash is the largest company in Russia on development of air separation processes, manufacture of air separation equipment, supplying technical gases and development of integrated solutions for casing-head gas, natural gas and LNG processing. More than 90 % of technical gases production in Russia in metallurgical, chemical, oil-and-gas and other branches is based on the equipment developed and manufactured by Cryogenmash. The company was found in 1949. The annual turnover as per IFRS was $90,6 million for financial year 2006. The company’s headquarter is located in Balashikha, Moscow region. Its staff is 2,500. The company consolidates the following assets: JSC "Cryogenmash" - the institute and engineering plant; JSC "Giprokislorod"- the leading specialized design institute; ZAO "Kislorodny Zavod"– technical gases production, the Ukraine (Kiev); JSC "Daltekhgas"- the largest producer of technical gases in the Far East, Russia; "Cryoinvest AD" - technical gases producer, Bulgaria (Sofia). Cryogenmash has its representation in China.
