In February 2010, the Company acquired Visage Group Limited, an apparel supplier to high street and mass retailers in the United Kingdom. In February 2010, it acquired Heusel Textilhandelsgesellschaft mbH. In May 2010, the Company acquired the Jackel Group, which services the beauty industry in the areas of primary packaging, fragrance and personal care. In June 2010, it acquired HTP Group. In August 2010, it acquired Jimlar Corporation. In October 2010, the Company acquired Integrated Distribution Services Group Limited.
