H2G Green

Founded in 1998 and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange ("5AI.SI") since 2000, P5 Capital Holdings Ltd operates in both the lifestyle ("Lifestyle Business") and the renewable and sustainable energy segments ("Energy Business"). The Lifestyle Business comprises the distribution and retail of a comprehensive collection of midrange and high-end European brands collection of furniture, wardrobe and kitchen cabinet systems, lighting and accessories. The segment serves both business-to-business ("B2B") and business-to-consumer ("B2C"), ranging from customer types across the retail, commercial and hospitality sectors. To date, there are 3 retail showrooms and an online store in operation. Capitalising on the Green movement, the company made a strategic decision to enter into the Energy Business with a view to developing a long-term sustainable growing business. It comprised early investments in companies which are involved in advance biofuel, hydrogen and activated carbon production technologies, as well as the liquefied natural gas ("LNG") value chain. The Group has changed its company name from "P5 Capital Holdings Ltd." to "H2G Green Limited" to reflect the Group's greater strategic focus on the Energy Business going forward, with an emphasis on clean and green sustainable solutions.
