FIDEICOMISO FINANCIERO CHUBUT REGALIAS HIDROCARBURIFERAS

The Trust FIDEICOMISO FINANCIERO CHUBUT REGALIAS HIDROCARBURIFERAS I is a trust created pursuant to the Argentine Trust Law and the Issuer Trust Agreement dated 6 July 2010 between the Province and the Issuer Trustee executed as a supplement to the Master Programme Agreement. Banco de Valores S.A., solely in its capacity as Issuer Trustee (and not in its individual capacity) on behalf of the Trust has issued, pursuant to the Argentine Trust Law and the Issuer Trust Agreement, Class A Notes in an aggregate face amount up to USD 104,000,000 and the Class B Notes in an aggregate face amount up to USD 46,000,000. BCP Securities, LLC acted as placement agent in relation to the Class A Notes and Banco de Valores S.A. and Banco del Chubut S.A. acted as placement agents in relation to the Class B Notes. Banco de Valores S.A. and Banco del Chubut S.A. acted as structuring agents in relation to the Programme.
