Mogul Mountain Ventures Corporation, formerly Panorama Capital Corp., is a Canada-based gold–silver exploration company. The Company is focused on advancing high-potential precious metals assets in Nevada's prolific Walker Lane Trend. Its flagship asset, the 100%-owned, 5,000+ acre Rays–West Dome Project (the Project), is located approximately 12 kilometers (km) north of the historic Tonopah mining district. It has consolidated several historic mining areas with past-producing mines into a single, highly prospective brownfields land package exceeding 5,000 acres. The Project hosts two complementary mineral systems: a structurally controlled orogenic gold–silver system at the Rays target, and an epithermal-style gold–silver system within Tertiary volcanic rocks at West Dome. Rays represent compelling exploration opportunities in the Tonopah region. Covering approximately 4,700 acres within the broader 5,300-acre Rays-West Dome land package.
