JSC "Grodnozhilstroy" was created in the process of denationalization and privatization of state property in the Republic of Belarus in 2001, is the successor of the Grodno DSK, which has worked in the construction industry since 1966, not only in the Republic of Belarus, but also abroad. Since 1992 "Grodnozhilstroy" has been working closely with foreign companies as a general subcontractor for design and construction. The company specializes in a complex of works on the design and construction of residential buildings. At the same time, the company performs works from engineering and geological surveys to commissioning of installed equipment, including the release of building structures. The enterprise carries out 95% of the complex of construction and installation works on its own. JSC "Grodnozhilstroy" is one of the leading organizations in the construction industry of the Republic of Belarus. The total number of the team is about 3300 people.
