S&T Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company operates through two segments: Construction services and Property investment. Construction services segment is engaged in the provision of civil engineering work and building construction works to government and commercial corporations. The Company’s construction services include civil engineering works entailing road works, earthworks, drainage works, and soil improvement works; building construction works for industrial buildings, which includes substructure works, piling works, addition and alteration works, and electrical and mechanical works; and other ancillary services, which includes logistics and transportation services of construction materials. Its Property investment segment includes residential and industrial properties leasing. The Company maintains a fleet of machinery, including hydraulic excavators, compactor rollers, bulldozers, articulated dump trucks and crushers.
