It is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority (‘PRA’) and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) and the PRA. The company’s principal activities are the arranging of finance for clients in the international capital markets, the provision of financial advisory services and acting as dealer in securities, derivatives and foreign exchange on a principal and agency basis.
