The Yugra Regional Guarantee Organization (formerly the Yugra Entrepreneurship Support Fund) was established in 1995 by the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra in order to implement the main directions of the autonomous Okrug's policy in the field of support for small and medium-sized businesses. The organization operates in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra dated 09.10.2013 No. 419-p "On the state program of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra "Socio-economic development and increasing the investment attractiveness of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra in 2018-2025 and for the period up to 2030". The mission of the Ugra Entrepreneurship Support Organization (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation): "We develop small and medium-sized businesses in order to increase the welfare and quality of life of the population of Ugra."
