Kazakhstan yield curve: Long-term rates continued to rise after regulatory easing
The long-term rates on Kazakh government bonds rose in October by up to 120bp,continuing the three-month trend. We associate the steepening with the lack of demand from pension funds due to regulatory easing, which came into effect earlier in October.
