According to the statement by the parliament\'s speaker, Volodymyr Lytvyn, published on the parliament\'s website, the draft law on the state budget of Ukraine for 2012 and the State Programme on Social and Economic Development of Ukraine for 2012 and 2013-14, prepared by the government, will be considered by the parliament on Thursday. Both documents were submitted to the parliament according to schedule, on a Thursday last week.
