Update on real 2010 GDP, income of population grows and coking coal imports by China
The State Statistics Committee revised its earlier assessment of Ukraine\'s GDP up 4.2% to UAH1.095bn (US$137.7bn). The processing industry rose 14.5%, in water, energy and gas distribution rose 8.1%, mining was up 3.3%, transport and communications up 5.1%, while agriculture fell 1.3%, construction was down 1.7%, state management deacreased 2%, and in financial activitywas3% lower. The structure of Ukraine\'s GDP in 2010 was comprised as follows: the processing industry 34%, agriculture and forestry 8.2%, trade and repairmen services 11.3%, transport and communications 9%, mining industry 5%, water, energy and gas distribution 4.5%, and construction 4.2%.
