Ukraine: MinFin appoints banks to make an issue in June
On May 17 it was announced that the Ukrainian ministry of finance has selected JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and VTB Capital to manage a Eurobond sale in June. We suppose that Ukraine have good chances to place 10-year USD bonds at 7.5-8.0% YTM. Earlier deputy Finance Minister Andriy Kravets said about their plans to make a borrowing at YTM below 8%. According to the state budget, government has an intention to attract USD1.3 bn from the whole-sale market...
