Kazakhstan: Z-spreads could narrow should the internal situation be resolved
We believe that in the short term, Z-spreads of Kazakhstan sovereign eurobonds maturing in 2045 could revert to levels seen at the end of 2021 as the situation normalizes. Should the recent events create the basis for new economic reforms and the appearance of fresh drivers of economic growth, additional potential will be created for heightened attractiveness of Kazakhstan eurobonds.
