The Chausy District Executive Committee is the executive and administrative body on the territory of the Chausy District and operates on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 4, 2010 No. 108-Z “On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Belarus” and other legislative acts.
The Chausy District Executive Committee manages the economy, market reforms, foreign economic activity, enterprises and organizations of transport and communications, housing and communal services and energy, urban planning, the service sector, healthcare, the development of physical culture, sports and tourism, education and culture, social protecting and informing the population.

The work of the Chausy District Executive Committee is carried out in cooperation with the heads of enterprises and associations located in the region, heads of banks, public organizations, parties, trade unions, charitable organizations, the media, educational institutions, creative unions, and law enforcement agencies.
