    The proceeds from the bond issue after deduction of issue-related costs ("net issue proceeds") will be used to finance general business activities in accordance with the object of the Company. If the offered bonds are fully placed, the net issue proceeds are expected to amount to EUR 46,500,000. The purpose of the Company is the initiation and implementation as well as the management and operation of ecological projects in the field of renewable energies, in particular the development and construction of photovoltaic plants as well as the generation, marketing and storage of electricity from photovoltaic plants in Germany and other selected countries. Within the scope of the corporate purpose of the Issuer, the net issue proceeds will be used, for example, to raise purchase prices for the acquisition of photovoltaic systems or shares in project companies. In this context, project brokerage commissions, also for payment to group companies, may be incurred. In addition, the funds are used or planned to provide the project companies with the necessary capital to enable them to meet their obligations arising from the development, construction and operation of the photovoltaic projects. If other financing exists, it is also conceivable that it will be used to redeem this financing. In addition, the Issuer may, within the scope of its corporate purpose, also carry out project development projects in accordance with the investment criteria up to an amount of 20 percent of the amount of the financing instruments issued by the Issuer
