    Our estimated net proceeds from the sale of the notes, after deducting the underwriting commissions, any discounts, and the estimated expenses of this offering payable by us, will be approximately 736 million USD. We intend to use the net proceeds to fund a portion of the 3.29 billion USD cash investment required to acquire the New Wireless Spectrum licenses, 20% of which is required to be paid on March 5, 2014 and the balance of which is required to be paid on April 2, 2014. Pending any such use, we may invest the net proceeds in bank deposits and short-term marketable securities. We intend to fund the balance of the amount required to acquire the New Wireless Spectrum licenses with a combination of available cash on hand, the net proceeds from the Concurrent Canadian Offering, additional proceeds from our accounts receivable securitization program and, to the extent necessary, advances under our bank credit facility.
