On January 30, 2014, Orange furnished on Form 6-K a press release announcing its intention to exercise its option to redeem its outstanding US Dollar 4.375% Notes Due July 8, 2014 (the “2014 Notes”) in whole. As of January 30, 2014, the outstanding nominal amount of the 2014 Notes was 1,215,000,000 USD. We intend to use the net proceeds from the offering for the payment of the 2014 Notes. The remaining proceeds, if any, will be used for general corporate purposes.
