The Issuer paid the proceeds of the issue of the Notes into the Cash Collection Account and used such proceeds to (a) acquire Collateral Securities; (b) to pay any outstanding upfront annual fees and other costs incurred by the Issuer; (c) to pay the Arranger Fee Amount and (d) to pay an amount into the Cash Reserve Account equal to the Cash Reserve Target Level. The Issuer will pay the proceeds of any further Note Instalment into the Cash Collection Account and will use such proceeds to (a) acquire further Collateral Securities and (b) to pay any outstanding fees incurred by the Issuer.
