LLC "TAPAS" was founded in 1998. Since 2001, the company has entered the real estate market in Belarus. Over time, LLC "TAPAS" was transformed into a group of companies with the same name. Today the group of companies includes 38 organizations. Over the past few years, the group of companies has firmly established itself among the leading organizations in the field of real estate in the Republic of Belarus. The presence of its own production assets allows the group of companies to carry out the construction of facilities on their own with minimal involvement of contractors. The company has successfully implemented many residential and commercial real estate projects, including such exclusive objects as the residential complex "Aquamarine", "Park City", an administrative building on the street. Slavinsky, 11 and a unique class A business center "Futuris". Residential complexes "Megapolis" and "MOD house", club house "Monterey", residential area "Olympic Park" are under construction.
