    The gross proceeds from our sale of the Notes will be EUR497,275,000, before deducting commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by us. The Province intends to use the net proceeds to fund social, infrastructure and other public investment projects currently under way or that are planned to be carried out, as well as to improve the debt maturity profile of the Province and make debt service payments. In addition, 11.44% of the proceeds will be directed to the Fondo para Infraestructura Municipal (Municipal Infrastructure Fund), in accordance with article 47 of the 2017 Budget Law.
