    The funds deriving from the issue of the Bonds will be used by the Issuer to finance the investment projects defined by the Issuer aimed at allowing a substantial increase in production capacity, the reduction of energy costs, thanks to the optimization of the furnace department, and the containment of waste returns. In particular, it is expected that, in the face of a significant increase in turnover deriving from orders already acquired during 2016, the Issuer will make investments aimed at improving and replacing important production components, including, in particular (a) the development of a new foundry plant within the Viale Belforte plant no. 209, (b) the replacement in bulk of the complete forming plant with a latest generation line that allows to double the speed of the process, (b) the replacement in block of the complete forming plant with a line of the latest generation that allows to double the speed of the process, (b) the replacement of the earth mixer, which prepares the sand for forming, with a machine of adequate capacity to the increased velouty of forming and (c) the introduction of an automatic casting furnace able to support the doubling of the shapes to be cast in the time unit, to keep the temperature constant and to protect the metal by the use of inert gas. The Issuer's development strategy is aimed at achieving a significant increase in industrial contribution margins and consequently in expected profitability levels and the ability to generate cash flows.
