    The net proceeds from the sale of the notes, after payment of underwriting discounts and transaction expenses, are expected to be approximately 1,976 million USD. We intend to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes for the repayment of indebtedness, principally the indebtedness incurred after March 31, 2012 under our existing revolving credit facilities in order to finance our recent investments and acquisition. See “Prospectus Supplement Summary—Recent Developments” and “Capitalization” in this prospectus supplement. Our indebtedness under these credit facilities matures between 2014 and 2016 and bears interest based on LIBOR.
