The nominal value of each Commercial Bond of this issue
is indexed daily. For each date i following the date of commencement of the placement of Commercial Bonds and up to and including the maturity date of Commercial Bonds, the nominal value of each A commercial bond is calculated using the formula: Ni = max(Nbase * ∏ (1 + (Ri−7 + 1%); Nbase) where: Ni is the nominal value of the Commercial Bond on date i, accurate to one penny (rounding is performed according to the rules of mathematical rounding), in Russian rubles Federation; Ni cannot be less than Nbase. Nbase - the nominal value of the Commercial Bond at the start date of the placement Commercial bonds (hereinafter referred to as INACH), accurate to one kopeck (rounding is performed according to the rules of mathematical rounding), in rubles of the Russian Federation; i – calendar date (i= INACH+1, ..., Maturity date); Inach+1 – date following the start date placement of Commercial bonds; Ri-7 is the value of the key rate of the Bank of Russia (in percent per annum) on the 7th (seventh) day preceding date i (hereinafter referred to as i-7), published on the official website of the Bank of Russia on the Internet "The Internet". If there is no published value of the Bank of Russia's key rate on day i-7 (including if day i-7 is a weekend or a public holiday in the Russian Federation Russian Federation), the value of the key rate of the Bank of Russia is assumed to be equal to the latest published value. If the key rate of the Bank of Russia is abolished and/or is no longer used by the Bank of Russia, the key rate of the Bank of Russia will be considered a similar rate set by the Bank of Russia.
