Fleet LLC was established in Moscow in 2020. Fleet LLC is a Russian leasing operating holding company that unites three leasing division companies of different specialization. The divisions are:
1. Leasing of machinery and equipment in the agro-industrial complex, construction, logging industry and in the freight transport market. The financing is provided by Fleet Finance, a subsidiary of Fleet.
2. Leasing of passenger cars, light commercial (LVC) and trucks. Fleet Car Leasing, a subsidiary of Fleet, provides financing for the purchase of cars.
3. Short-term, long-term car rental and operational leasing services. The service is provided by Bilantlia (RexRent trademark), one of the largest car rental companies in the Russian Federation.
The main task of Fleet is to optimize the operational activities of the divisions, develop and scale their business.
