    The Bonds are issued in order to attract temporarily available funds from individuals and legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, residents and (or) non-residents of the Republic of Belarus, resident banks of the Republic of Belarus for the acquisition of property (including residential real estate) and its subsequent transfer to financial lease ( leasing) to both individuals and legal entities, to repay the Issuer`s loans and credits used to finance the Issuer`s leasing activities, as well as for temporary placement in financial instruments on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. When using funds received through the issue of Bonds to purchase residential real estate for their subsequent transfer to financial lease (leasing) to individuals, these residential real estate objects will not be used as collateral for the Issuer`s obligations.
