Arantes International Ltd. will on-lend the net proceeds to us for our use in repayment of short-term loans and financings and long-term loans and financings in the aggregate principal amount of R$131.2 million and R$26.2 million, respectively, in order to extend our debt maturity profile, and the remainder for capital expenditures and general corporate purposes.
