ARMBUSINESSBANK CJSC carried out a complete rebranding and from November 17, 2023 was renamed into AMIO BANK CJSC, being the full legal successor of ARMBUSINESSBANK CJSC. "ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC was founded in 1991 as a share bank "Arminvestbank", and in 1994 it was reorganized into "Arminvestbank" CJSC. In 2006, "Arminvestbank" was renamed into "ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC. The bank's mission is to promote the development of Armenia through cooperation with business entities operating in the country, providing them with loans and high-quality banking services. One of the main goals of the bank is the use of new banking technologies, as well as providing clients with a full package of banking services.
