VIS Group (registered trademark) is a Russian infrastructure holding and one of the leaders in the public-private partnership (PPP) market. Included in the list of Russias strategically important companies.The holding invests its own funds in the creation of transport, social and communal infrastructure facilities and implements turnkey PPP and concession projects, managing every stage of their life cycle.

VIS Group has been operating since 2000. Over the history of its existence, 98 large-scale energy, industrial, transport, social, and oil and gas infrastructure facilities have been created in 23 Russian and European cities. Today, major infrastructure projects are being implemented in the Moscow and Novosibirsk regions, the Khabarovsk Territory, Yakutia, Yugra and Yamal. The total contract portfolio has been formed until 2047.
