  • The purpose of placing
    On May 24, 2011, we received net proceeds of approximately US$295.5 million. We will use the net proceeds from the sale of the Notes for the repayment of the entire outstanding amount of approximately US$193.0 million under our UF 4,490 million credit facility due December 2014 (which bears interest at a floating rate equal to the Tasa Annual Bruto (TAB) UF rate plus a margin of 2.5%) and the remainder, approximately US$102.5 million, for the repayment of short-term debt and for general corporate purposes.
