  • The purpose of placing
    We expect the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to be approximately US$291.4 million, after deducting the fees and expenses of the offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to finance our equity contribution to one of our subsidiaries that will develop the Cerro del Aguila Project, as well as other projects and acquisitions by our subsidiaries which we may pursue in the future, to repurchase all of the secured indebtedness of Inkia, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
