Kaliningrad region is a subject of the Russian Federation, the westernmost region of the country. Located in Central Europe. In the south it borders with Poland, in the north and east - with Lithuania. In the west, it is washed by the Baltic Sea and its bays - the Curonian and Vistula.
The Ministry of Finance of the Kaliningrad Region is a structural subdivision of the Government of the Kaliningrad Region, an executive body of the region. The Ministry carries out the functions of pursuing a unified state financial, budgetary and tax policy in the territory of the Kaliningrad region and reports to the Governor of the Kaliningrad region.
