    Assuming the issuance of 250 million USD principal amount of notes in this offering, we estimate that we will receive net proceeds of approximately 247 million USD (Ps.3,347.2 million) after the initial purchasers discounts and commissions and the payment of estimated offering expenses. We expect to use the estimated net proceeds from the offering, as follows: (i) 181.4 million USD (Ps.2,458.7 million) to repay existing indebtedness and (ii) 45.7 million USD (Ps.619.3 million) to fund our operations in Brazil and elsewhere.
