Region-Invest set the first coupon rate for Series 01 bonds at 10.5% per annum

Region-Invest has set the first coupon rate for Series 01 bonds at 10.5% per annum (or 52.36 rubles per bond), according to the issuer’s report. Rates of 2-10 coupons are equal to the first coupon one. Region-Invest plans to place Series 01 bonds worth of 3 billion rubles on September 18. Face value is 1000 rubles per bond. The issue tenor is 5 years (1,820 days) from the date of placement. Method of placement is public offering. Issue arranger is Bank ZENIT.
