Moody's Investors Service revised outlook on Turkey to negative and affirmed at "Ba1" (LT- foreign currency) credit rating

Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Ba1" LT- foreign currency credit rating of Turkey on March 17, 2017. At the same time the rating agency revised outlook to negative from stable.
